Hello blog readers! I am so sorry that I have not been posting for a while. My life just got really insane and I wanted to blog so much but I couldn't because of my schedule. Anyway I was working on things for you guys while I was on my blogging break. One of the things I worked on was a new vegan recipe! These brownies are so amazing! You can't even taste the beans! I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I did! Love you guys!

Directions:
First combine your flour, salt, baking powder, sugar, and cocoa powder in a bowl and stir it together.
First combine your flour, salt, baking powder, sugar, and cocoa powder in a bowl and stir it together.
Next rinse your beans in your strainer until the water runs clear and you don't have any more bubbles.
Next add your beans and water into your blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Add the bean puree and the vanilla to the dry mixture and mix together. I recommend doing this in a large bowl so that it doesn't spill over the edges.
Next scoop the mixture into your brownie pan.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and bake your brownies for 35-40 minutes.
Let cool for about 10 minutes and add powdered sugar if you'd like and you've made vegan black bean brownies! Enjoy!
